To implement OKRs in a sustainable way in your organization, we train and coach your internal OKR Champions to facilitate the roll-out, workshops and cultural adaption.

This includes selection, training and coaching of potential OKR Champions in your organisation and equip them with in-depth OKR knowledge, facilitation skills and serving leader mindset.

Being an OKR Champion is a part-time role to motivate leaders and team members to support strategic alignment and implementation and to facilitate the teams goal achievements.
