We will support your teams to review your OKRs at the end of the quarter and to set-up next quarters ones.

This is based on your strategy, achievements and new ideas from the team. We also offer Retrospective feedback exercises for the review.

We can further evaluate your existing OKRs and implementation process in to improve or revamp your OKR process.

End-of-Cycle OKR Review (Typically Quarterly):

Assess Overall Achievement: Evaluate how well you achieved your Objectives and Key Results for the entire cycle.

Retrospective to reflect on Lessons Learned: What worked well? What could be improved?

Celebrate Successes: Recognize and celebrate achievements.

Re-align with long or mid-term targets (Strategy, Roadmap, yearly targets)

Set New OKRs: Based on the review, set new OKRs for the next cycle.

Existing OKR Review or OKR process audit:
We will evaluate the quality and effectiveness of your current OKR and overall the effectiveness of your OKR implementation including the motivation and adoption of all leader and staff levels. This can also include looking how OKRs tie in your performance evaluation ideally on a company and team level and how individual performance measurement could be replaced by more modern and agile methods.
