Co-founder and Lead Consultant at Asia PMO & OKR Asia Consulting, based in Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore. Brings over 20 years of international experience in banking, consulting, project management, and customer experience (CX). Previously served as VP of Customer Experience & Service at Lazada Vietnam; Director of PMO, Process & CX at Easy Credit; Project Manager at Home Credit Vietnam; Project & Change Consultant at Deloitte (Europe); and Project Coordinator at Citibank (Germany). He also lectures and delivers training at RMIT Vietnam and the University of Greenwich. He holds an Executive MBA (Swiss UMEF) and a BBA (Wuerzburg), along with PMP, CXPA, and Scrum Professional certifications.

🎙 Speaker: Mr. Phuong Pham

Business and OKR Consultant at OKR Asia, advising local and international start-ups on projects and OKRs. Has led workshops on setting up, facilitating, and tracking OKRs and projects. Previously served as Business Development Manager at Dibee Vietnam; Project Manager and Sales & BD Manager at East Sea Star; and Sales & Marketing Country Manager at Neuphonix. Also worked on projects for Schlumberger. Consulting clients include MB Bank Cambodia, Panasonic Singapore, Edenred Vietnam, and others. Holds a Master’s in Business Quality & Performance Management from Solvay Brussels School (2018–2020).
